The Curvegrid Test Network is an EVM-compatible test blockchain network shared amongst all of Curvegrid's customers. It currently uses proof-of-authority (PoA) with instant mining for extremely fast transaction confirmation, although it may be upgraded to proof-of-stake (PoS) in the future.
The network is available only via HTTPS RPC via a web3 endpoint and API key provisioned from within a MultiBaas deployment that has been setup on the Curvegrid Test Network.
From within a MultiBaas deployment that has been setup on the Curvegrid Test Network, you can use the Signer Selector to configure your web3 wallet.
- Ensure a suitable web3 wallet (e.g. MetaMask is installed in your browser)
- Click on Select Signer in the menu bar.
- Click on Switch Network and follow the instructions to initialize a web3 API key and add it to your web3 wallet
Within MultiBaas deployments setup on the Curvegrid Test Network, click Blockchain, then Faucet, and paste in your wallet address. Click Request 1 ETH to receive test Ether into your wallet. There are reasonable use limits on the amount of testnet that can be requested from the faucet, both in terms of amount and frequency.
